Happy January and Happy 2025!!
January’s Trading Post has been open for 3 days now, and I’m finally getting around to posting about it. This is a new type of post I want to have each month; one about the rewards and one about the activities to earn tenders.
This one is about the rewards which are, mostly, clock and gear-themed.
The Monthly Reward
The reward for completing 1000 points in the Traveler’s Log is Arsenal: Green Clockwork Contraptions. The arsenal is the green version of a bunch of items offered at the Trading Post that are golden. These include a back piece, a 2-handed mace, a fist weapon, a gun, and an off-hand item. They all feature clocks and gears, some of which move and spin.
Mounts
There are a lot of mounts this month, which seems almost mean if you’re a mount collector, though some may already have a few of these:
Reins of the Brilliant Sunburst Peafowl – flying mount – 750 tenders
Warforged Nightmare – flying mount – 700 tenders
Savage Alabaster Battle Turtle – aquatic mount – 500 tenders
Copper Resonating Crystal – flying mount – 800 tenders (returning item)
Pets
There are also three pets:
Wind Up Woofer – green mechanical dog – 300 tenders
Wind Up Wuffi – yellow mechanical dog – 300 tenders
Time Lost Salamanther – 600 tenders (returning item)
Ensembles
These are whole transmog sets that include appearances for multiple armor slots.

Wastwander Trader’s Kit – 850 tenders (returning item)
Prowler’s Carrot Headgear – contains a hood and a mask – 100 tenders
Clothing/Armor
As usual there are a number of individual armor and clothing choices.
Steam-powered Golden Cloak – 300 tenders
Bronze Helm of Righteousness – 140 tenders
Prowler’s Shoulder Cape – 75 tenders
Long Sunny War Skirt and Leg Wraps – 50 tenders
Short Sunny War Skirt and Leg Wraps – 50 tenders
Gold Reinforced Cushion Boots – 40 tenders
Long Sunny War Skirt – 40 tenders
Short Sunny War Skirt – 40 tenders
Banded Sunny War Slippers – 20 tenders
Banded Sunny War Wraps – 20 tenders
Classic Carrot Tabard – 100 tenders (returning)
Gossamer Desert Gown – 100 tenders (returning)

Weapons and Shields
Finally we have the weapons and shields. Anything with “Golden” in the name, with the exception of the shield, is a yellow or gold version of one of the pieces in the monthly reward.

Golden Clockwork Doomfist – fist weapon – 300 tenders
Long Range Golden Clockstopper – gun – 300 tenders
Golden Clockwork Defender – shield – 260 tenders
Steamwheedle Artifact Extractor – off-hand, sticks of dynamite – 60 tenders
Conclusion
These rewards aren’t too bad if you like the engineering vibe of the goblins and gnomes. Honestly, if you are into that and want some mounts, I hope you have a lot of tender saved up for all that is on offer this month.
